

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and cash. We accept checks, but require a valid state id to process them electronically. Tips are cash or check only. We are unable to accept tip on a credit card. Thank you for understanding.
Cancellation PolicyIn order to ensure that we can accommodate all of our guests, we require that you provide us 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
During the Holiday Season, we are unable to hold any appointment without a major credit card. If you do not show or cancel without 24 hours notice, we will try to fill your appointment. If we are unable to do so, you will be charged 20% of the original scheduled services.
Return PolicyProduct returns must happen within 30 days of purchase and the product must be nearly full. If you paid with a credit card, your card will be credited. No cash refunds. You may also request a store credit.
Late PolicyIf you are more than 15 minutes late, and we are unable to give you the attention your services require, we request that you reschedule your appointment for a later date.
Service SatisfactionIf you are unsatisfied with any services, we require you to notify us and schedule a correction services within 7 days, without exceptions.
