Cancellation Policy

In order to best accommodate the needs of all our clients, a 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all services. A service charge will be applied for any appointments not cancelled within 24 hours.

Booking Policy

We require a credit card number to reserve an appointment for extension services, Keratin Complex Treatments, and certain chemical treatments.

Product Return Policy

If you are unhappy with a retail purchase, please feel free to bring the product back in to exchange. Sorry- no cash refunds will be given.

Late Arrival Policy

In order to best accommodate the needs of all our clients, we reserve the right to request that you reschedule your appointment for a later date if you are more than 15 minutes late.

Payment Policy

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and cash.  We accept checks, but require a valid state id to process them electronically.  Tips are cash or check only.  We are unable to accept tip on a credit card.  Thank you for understanding.

Correction Policy

Robert Jeffrey Hair Studio stylists stand behind their work. If you have any problems with your hair or skin care services, please call within seven days to have any issues resolved.
