Booking and Arrival

We offer easy, online booking so you can always get the appointment you need. If you are booking an extension service, a Keratin Complex Treatment or certain chemical services, we require a credit card number to reserve your appointment.

Your time is specially reserved for you! To accommodate all of our clients, we ask that you please arrive a few minutes early. If you are more than 15 minutes late and we cannot accommodate you and our other clients to the best of our abilities, we reserve the right to request that you reschedule your appointment for a later date.

Cancellations

In order to best accommodate the needs of all our clients, a 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all services. At the manager’s discretion, a service charge may be applied for any appointments not canceled within 24 hours.

Payment

We’re here to make your experience a great one! We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards, as well as cash. We also accept checks with a valid State ID, and process them electronically. Due to excessive fees, we are unable to accept tips on a credit card.

Your Satisfaction Guaranteed

We guarantee our work! If for any reason, you are not satisfied with any of our hair or nail services, notify us and schedule a correction service within 7 days. If you schedule within that time frame, the correction service is on us. If you are unhappy with a retail purchase, please return the product and we will exchange it or give you a voucher good toward a future product purchase. Sorry, but no cash refunds will be given on product purchases.
